COVID-19: our offices remain at your service

The Coronavirus pandemic has resulted in population containment measures and the closure of any unnecessary assembly areas.

The bailiffs' offices, since they are part of a Public Service, are not concerned by these closures and this containment.

In order to protect our staff and visitors, we have implemented the following solutions:

Our study continues its mission of significance and observation throughout the Ile de France.

However, our teams from the Paris office have been relocated, and our Nanterre office does not receive visitors.

  • On the other hand, we answer the phone at 01 41 37 65 30 from 9am to 5pm.
  • Payments can be made by mail or online.
  • To withdraw a document under consideration, we offer to send it by post, free of charge, in order to avoid the need for persons who have been served with a document to travel.

As far as findings are concerned, these are carried out if possible alone, without the presence of anyone else. If this is not possible, we observe the safety instructions.

As far as the meanings are concerned, we are pursuing them in the following departments:

  • Paris 75
  • Hauts de Seine 92
  • Yvelines 78
  • Val de Marne 94

It is currently difficult for us to provide service in the other departments within our competence (28 - 77 - 89 - 91 - 93 - 95).

Despite our efforts to maintain these meanings, we cannot guarantee the same speed as usual.

In order to guarantee the safety of our clerics and the people we serve, we have opted for contactless service:
The act that cannot wait until the end of the confinement is served within safe distances. In the event of a filing under consideration, in order to avoid the served party having to travel, we send him a copy of the document by post together with the supporting documents. The notice of passage that we leave specifies this.

Finally, conscious of our social role, we have at heart to serve no coercive act, no seizure, no order to pay.
